Throughout October 2012, the Square Restaurant at Novotel Bangkok Ploenchit Sukhumvit offers a very special additional menu to its wide-ranging and popular international buffet, entitled “Sea Shell Explorer.” Chef Pichet Nooput’s concept is to bring together a genuine world sea harvest of unique delicacies including Australian and French oysters, New Zealand blue mussels, Australian black mussels, imported scallops, clam, cockles, blue crab selections, clam chowder, hot and spicy mussel soup, spicy oyster salad, sat?ed mussel with tomato sauce, clam pudding, stir-fried broccoli with scallop, blue crab with yellwo curry, spaghetti tomato sauce with mussels, fettuccine with clam and cream sauce, and more, all delicately prepared and beatifully presented. The Square Restaurant itself is a venue for such an undersea exploration!
The “Sea Shell Explorer” dinner buffet is priced at 880++ baht per person from Monday to Thursday and at 1,280++ baht per person for Friday and Saturday including soup, salad and pasta in addition to the main course from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., an elegant end to a perfect day with a special partner or family through this October.
