Among the creations on offer are Stuffed Pepper with Brown Rice, Vegetable brochettes with cinnamon soya marinate, freshly made Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Vegetable Samosas served with Tamarind Sauce, Spicy Mushroom Soup with Lemongrass and Lime Juice, Grilled Vegetable Risotto, Crepes with a White Bean and Tomato Casoulet and many more healthy and delicious specialties.
