Bangkok--18 Oct--InterContinental Hua Hin Resort
Delicious, nourishing and bursting with flavour — enjoy exquisite organic menus specially created by luxurious beachfront resort InterContinental Hua Hin to celebrate Vegetarian Week and the final week of Buddhist Lent.
These vegetarian delights will be the talk of the town; all the food will be carefully selected from the innovative Royal Project — an organic growing initiative begun by His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej — and even the most avid of carnivores will be tempted by the mouth-watering dishes created by the resort's talented chefs.
Between 15-23 October guests will be able to feast on a gourmet vegetarian set lunch for just THB800++ per person. Dine on tantalising delights such as Chinese violet soup with Thai herbs cooked in a north-eastern style and red curry with rosella, turmeric and sweet basil.
Dinner guests will have the pleasure of enjoying exotic combinations including grilled bean curd sat?, yellow curry with banana, potato and capsicum and stir-fried Romanesco, sugar snap and shitake mushroom, as well as beautiful desserts such as Sesbania flower with sugar and grated coconut, all for just THB1,200++ per person.
Served in the surroundings of this magnificent five-star resort, InterContinental Hua Hin Resort is the jewel in the historic royal town of Hua Hin. Showcasing 119 rooms and three beachfront villas with private plunge pools, the resort also offers an unforgettable experience: La Residence, a two-storey, 480sqm 1920s Rama VI period beachfront house with a discreet private entrance and private garden.
