The education trip to Thailand of a group of travel agents from New Zealand, led by Ms. Milena Bossa (8th Left) Sales Representative of Royal Orchid Holidays Department (ROH), Thai Airways International PCL were warmly welcomed by Ms. Nattiya Morntes (7th from Left), Sales Manager-Travel Trade of Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok during the hotel inspection. As the hotel’s new concept to extend a whole new meaning to “Hotel Inspections” by providing white dust coats and armed with stethoscopes and a hotel check list for the inspectors.
