Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) first executive vice president and head of Commercial Banking Division Sarut Ruttanaporn and Iris Group chief executive officer Kittipong Sumanont and chief advisor Jarin Sumanont signed an agreement under which SCB will provide 1.438 billion baht in financial support for the Iris Group's “Venice Di Iris Watcharapol” property development project. Located on a 40-rai land plot in Watcharapol area, the project comprises a community mall and 263 units of 3-storey shop house in a romantic atmosphere of Venice for residential and commercial purposes. It is expected to be completed by 2013.
