The new Slee Banyan’s dining lists showcasing the fascination of Authentic Thai and Lanna cuisine, brings together the best combination of French and Italian dishes using the fresh and finest materials from the Royal Project and other premium products. Thai signature menu is created by Penpan Sithitrai, “the one and only” Thailand’s national artist for year 2009 who has renowned expertise in Thai vegetable and fruit carving.
