Mr. Thanatorn says, “The specialty for this dish is the unique preparation method as the beef is marinated with the combination of pink salt flakes from Australian Murray River, mustard, fresh pepper and more than five kinds of western spices such as Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano, Parsley and Sage before roasting.” Enhance the meat's flavour with the dressing of Madeira Wine Sauce.
