Hokkaido, located at the north end of Japan, near Russia and has coastlines on the Sea of Japan, the Sea of Okhotsk and the Pacific Ocean, an abundance of fresh and mouth-watering seafood are available at different times of the year.
Chef Satoshi Sawada has selected the best Hokkaido Crab together with a range of his favourite ingredients to prepare a winter feast and transport the clients to a culinary tour of seafood delight from the North Sea Circuit, which literally translates to Hokkaido.
Samples of the a la carte dishes are: Tarabakani Goshiki Arareage (Crispy Fried King Crab Coated with Five Color Rice Cracker), Hanasaki Kani Oborokonbumaki (Hanasaki Crab Sushi Rolls with Shredded White Kelp), Kegani To Kaiso Salad (Horse Hair Crab Seaweed Salad Served with Tosa Vinegar and Mustard Miso Dip Sauce) and many other mouth-watering seafood choices.
