TTW hits 9M’s target

Bangkok--15 Nov--Thai Tap Water TTW’s 9 months total revenue grows by 14% due to the rising tap water demand. Additionally, it is confident that tap water demand in Q4/2012 will continually increase because the industrial sector raises more its production by the holiday period. Mr.Sompodh Sripoom, Managing Director of Thai Tap Water Supply Plc. (TTW) reveals the Minutes of Board of Directors Meeting No.4/2012 on 14 November 2012 has approved the reviewed and consolidated financial statement showing that the company and its subsidiary have the total revenue by 1,369 million baht increasing by 15% from the same period of 2011 at 1,188 million baht. On the other hand, its net profit is 628 million baht rising by 14% from the same period of 2011 at 553 million baht. Also, total sale volume is 68.3 million cu.m. increasing by 7% as compared to the same period of 2011 at 63.7 million cu.m. With respect to the consolidated financial for 9M 2012, the company and its subsidiary show the total revenue by 3,957 million baht rising by 15% from the same period of 2011 at 3,453 million baht, the net profit by 1,862 million baht increasing by 16% from the same period of 2011 at 1,611 million baht. Total sale volume for 9M2012 is 199.3 million cu.m. increasing by 7% from the same period of 2011 at 185.5 million cu.m. In addition, the company’s total asset as of 30 September 2012 is 24,111 million baht, total liabilities by 13,932 million baht and equity by 10,179 million baht. “ the revenue and sale volume for 9M 2012 increase by 15% and 7% , respectively because demand for tap water is in line with our estimation, especially in commercial and household sector sharing more tap water consumption as compared to the previous time” Mr.Sompodh mentions.
