The 30th of November will see Hotel MUSE Bangkok hold a very musical Evolution Party to mark its first anniversary that will feature live music on the rooftop and some of Bangkok’s best DJs in the lower ground floor.
It’s been one year since the launch of Asia’s most evocative and delightfully characterful hotel; Hotel Muse Bangkok — and it’s time to celebrate at a double-header of One-Night-Only parties throughout the hotel, in the company of some highly musical guests, celebs and VIPs showcasing the best in cutting-edge LIVE Entertainment!
Join everyone at the Speakeasy from 7pm for a rather audacious kick-start to the night’s revelry at the rooftop! Where else?
The theme for the night is…The 1920’s inspired Prohibition Era Gangland matches up with the concept of the Speakeasy, yes! The 1920’s or as some know it as the Roaring 20’s! Come decked up in your check outfits and dress to impress or simply just be in smart casual.
Although inspired by the “prohibition era in 1920’s”, you will NOT be prohibited if you’re not in costume! Your Presence is the biggest Present!
If you’re the sort who loves playing dress-up, it would be a major added spontaneity to the event.
Be entertained by great music by PAUL EWING, a scorching UK soul singer described by Marcella Detroit as “The Modern Day Marvin Gaye”, with live performance that has earned much praise by soul star Omar. PAUL EWING has also been commissioned to write the flagship song for His Majesty, The King of Thailand’s 85th Birthday.
The band will play Exclusive & LIVE 45 minutes performances, followed by the Maestro of Retro excellence, provided by the Thai-Swedish old school turntablist DJ Freddy Funk. This back-to basics, nostalgic and hip “Inside and outside” venue will also shower, our much treasure guests with Special and Exclusive deals on champagnes, wines, and refined spirit bottles during the evening (with free cigars for dressed up guests). Another attraction for this event would be the Oyster & Stoli Vodka Ice Bar, a Cuban Mojito bar and the option of taking a photograph at the specially decorated booth to ensure the night goes with a bang as we take on a time travel to the decadent swing era.
Medici has a “Big After-party” running from 10pm to 2am. DJ ONO, leading Asian DJ and front figure for the legendary Bangkok Invaders and FM107 fame, plays along with turntable cohorts DJ SG THAIKOON official DJ and DJ Tony B (Bangkok Invaders)! Medici is set up with over three times its normal sound capacity to offer an amazing night for the guests, and exclusive to this Muse Evolution Party evening. Joining the aforementioned DJs on stage will be the Uber-fabulous European girl group known simply Sisters for their first public appearance in Thailand! They’re set to become Bangkok’s most popular female soulful Hip-hop group. Free “Muse Welcome Shot!” Till 10:30pm only.
