The SEC led by Secretary-General Vorapol Socatiyanurak signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) to promote mutual collaboration and exchange of information on asset management supervision and development at the SEC Office on November 28, 2012. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Jean-Marc Goy, CSSF Counselor for International Affairs, H.E. Ambassador of Luxembourg, and executives of the SEC, the CSSF, the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, and Association of Investment Management Companies.
