Bangkok--6 Dec--Bromsgrove International School Thailand A joint charity concert between Bromsgrove International School Thailand and Nat Yontararak and Family at Sala Sudasiri Sobha. This concert took place on 29 November 2012. All funds raised were in aid of the Giving the Gift of Life Foundation to assist patients suffering from blood diseases. The concert started with an impressive Thai Classical Dance by the Yontararak family, followed by Nat Yontararak performing some Thai songs, such as Love in Spring “ลมหนาว”, and Let’s be Happy “สุขกันเถอะเรา”. There was also a harp and piano duet, The Wedding of Prince Samutra “ตับวิวาห์พระสมุทร”, arranged by Nat Yontarak. In the middle of the concert, the emphasis moved from Thai songs to Western music. Korean soprano, Eunjin Kwak, performed ‘Mother of Mine’ and ‘O Mio Babbino, which brought the concert into another climax. Then, the Bromsgrove Senior Choir performed a spiritual choir piece, ‘Thy Will Be Done’, followed by a traditional African song, ‘Amabhayesikili (The Bicycle)’, which provided even more variety in the concert programme. The concert ended with an inspiring church music, ‘Count You Blessings’, performed by all the performers, especially accompanied by piano 8 hands from the Yontararak Family.
