The mouth-watering CRYSTAL Afternoon Tea at The Lounge features a delectable spread of sandwiches, melt-in-your-mouth pastries, beautifully-presented desserts, as well as aromatic teas and coffees. The savoury snacks served on the three-tier curate stand include Smoke Salmon and Pomegranate Rice Paper Wraps, Scallops in Pancetta with Pesto Mayonnaise and Chinese Crystal Shrimp with Cucumber.
