Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa’s authentic Italian restaurant, Brio, is launching new Antipasti & Tasting Plates for just THB 590++ per person.
Available every Monday to Friday lunchtime from 11:30 am — 2:30 pm, starting from Monday 3rd December 2012, this gourmet two course menu commences with a mouthwatering selection of Italian delicacies, followed by a trio of main course pasta dishes.
Savour an Antipasti Plate of homemade marinated vegetables, traditional cold cuts and cheeses, as well as freshly baked breads accompanied by chutneys, relishes and garden salads. Then delight in a Tasting Plate comprising three of the chef’s favourite pasta creations.
Dine on the heart and soul of Italy in an elegant Tuscan villa ambience, enjoying a vast collection of fine Italian wines which perfectly complement the menu of rustic and innovative recipes, each expertly crafted by Chef Patrizio Roncato from Lombardia, northern Italy.
Chef Patrizio first learnt the secrets of authentic Veneto cuisine from his grandmother, and since this traditional immersion in homemade Italian cooking he has graced the kitchens of Michelin star establishments and prestigous hotels all around the world.
