Dynamic Japanese restaurant, zuma Bangkok, is now offering a sophisticated meeting space with delectable food and beverage for gatherings from 5 to 16 people.
zuma Bangkok can provide a 'complete meeting package’ including lunch and coffee break in the privacy of its private dining venue from THB 1,000 per person.
Delegates can either choose from a three course set menu or zuma’s donburi menu which includes a number of zuma’s signature dishes with steamed rice, traditional salad and miso soup.
The zuma donburi varied menu includes Australian beef sirloin with wafu sauce, saikyo miso-marinated black cod, panko-crusted black pork neck, teriyaki-glazed salmon and assorted tempura.
The ‘signature’ menu’s three course option ranges from yellowfin tuna tartar, Australian beef sirloin and crispy fried baby squid to selections of sashimi, nigiri or makis — and final course options of 120-day grain fed beef tenderloin, salt grilled yellowtail cheek, tiger prawn tempura, grilled eggplant or vegetatarian tempura.
Coffee and tea breaks with a dessert menu can also be included, or ordered independently during afternoon meetings, priced at THB 420 per person.
A range of delicious and freshly prepared snacks such as green tea and banana cake with toffee sauce, Hokkaido blueberry cheesecake, chocolate hazelnut cake, macaroons and fresh fruit are also available.
The full meeting package allows use of the private dining room venue with complimentary projector and screen for events up until 5pm.
zuma Bangkok’s air-conditioned terrace sits amidst a beautiful rock garden for al fresco dining, cocktails and special occasions outdoors.
The zuma concept was created by Chef Rainer Becker, formerly Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Tokyo, in partnership with businessman Arjun Waney. The brand remains as popular today as it was on the day its doors first opened in London in 2002.
