The buffet will also feature highlights such as oyster, salmon gravlax, foie gras, lobster, escargot and an irresistible selection of desserts and a live station serving the French classic of crepe Suzette.

At Voil?! Christmas Day is a joyous occasion full of laughter and celebration. At our spectacular Christmas Champagne Brunch the corks will fly and bubbly will flow freely while you feast on traditional classics and modern favourites from the extensive buffet. Diners can enjoy highlights such as oysters, salmon gravlax, foie gras, lobster, escargot. There’ll also be special Christmas cookies and treats to delight the children, a live band playing top hits, and a visit from Santa with carol singer.

A ROOFTOP CHAMPAGNE BAR AND RESTAURANT
For a distinctly sophisticated start to Christmas, join Chef Jeremy Tourret at L’Appart, our elegant rooftop Champagne bar and restaurant. On Christmas Eve the culinary maestro will serve an enticing 5-course set menu created especially for the occasion.
The evening of fine dining will begin with Chef Jeremy’s playful amuse-bouche of king crab aspic cauliflower espuma followed by a duo of pan-fried foie gras and a red wine terrine served with red berries and ginger bread. Diners will also enjoy a main course of pan-fried Hokkaido scallops with celeriac and a truffle sauce. After palate cleansing Champagne rose granite, the meal will continue with a festive turkey ballotine stuffed with chestnuts, truffle and foie gras, and served with sweet potato and crispy skin. The finale of the evening will be a delicious dessert of chocolate cremeux Earl Grey, citrus crumble, orange segment and ginger bread ice cream.
Strolling carol singers and Santa will also pay a visit to the sky high venue.
