On Christmas Eve you can enjoy a traditional and delicious buffet dinner of traditional Western classics and distinctive Asian favourites in our award-winning Patummat Restaurant.
For those craving European fare, they can enjoy pumpkin soup, p?t?, roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and giblet gravy, honey glazed ham, imported cheese and, of course, Christmas pudding with brandy sauce! And for admirers of Asian cuisine, we shall have crispy fish maw, saut?ed rock lobster, chicken in mango sauce, poached snapper, massaman curry, BBQ duck and so much more.
