Resident Chef Joan Tanya presents an evening of Spanish cuisine matching with El Coto wines from El Coto de Rioja winery in Spain on Friday, 25 January, 2013 at Tapas Vino, Grand Millenniums Sukhumvit. The five-course treat inspired by Chef Joan’s home-style cooking include; ‘Piquillo brandada’ codfish ,filled red peppers, saut?ed spinach, Zamburina clams baked with El Coto Viura white wine, Beef tenderloin served with‘Idiazabal’ cheese sauce, ‘ Panadera’ potato, grilled mix vegetables.
The highlight wines are such as El Coto de la Rioja blanco (Viura 2011 ), El Coto rosado ( Tempranillo-Garnacha 2011 ), El Coto crianza ( Tempranillo 2008 ), El Coto de Imaz reserva ( Tempranillo 2005 ).
The dinner is priced at Baht 1,900++/person and starts from 19.00 hrs onwards.
