From now until end of February 2013 at Acqua restaurant, our Italian Chef Alberto Bruni is doing wonders in his kitchen with foie gras. He is making a stunning terrine with fig compote, pan-seared on pears poached in red wine, prune and port wine sauce; stuffing it into ravioli served either oxtail consomm? or rabbit saddle. While his risotto with Canadian lobster and foie gras escalope is definitely not to be missed. Priced starting from THB 420++ (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT).
