Welcome in the first month of the New Year with a highlighted menu using only the finest and freshest of the king of all seafood, Lobster, prepared in various styles of a la carte dishes for an exquisite gastronomic experience at both lunch at dinner during 9-31 January 2013 at The Sukhothai Bangkok’s Celadon Thai restaurant.
Our experienced Thai chef Chamlong Pewthaisong, Jimmy, has some prepared exquisite dishes for this month, such as:
- Wok-fried Phuket Lobster with Cashew Nut and Dried Chili
- Spicy Coconut Palm Heart, Maine Lobster, Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Mint Leaves
- Wok-fried Maine Lobster, in Yellow Curry, Celery
- Wok-fried Rock Lobster with Rhizomes, Chili and Hot Basil

Celadon is open daily 12:00 — 15:00 hrs for lunch and 18:30 — 23:00 hrs for dinner.
