Bangkok--8 Jan--IMPACT Exhibition
“Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant” introduces special dishes plus five Dim Sum menus to enhance good luck and prosperity for the coming year. The name of each dish or their ingredients holds symbolic meanings and refers to wishes expressed during the Chinese New Year.
Recommended dishes by Chef Chan Yiu Lam, an executive chef, include Salmon Spice Salad (Prosperity); Deep Fried Crispy Spring Roll with Seafood and Dried Oysters (Wealth); Stir-fried Prawns with Sichuan Sauce (Happiness); Stir-fried Mixed Nuts with Dried Oysters and Pork Tongue (Longevity); Red dates and Sesame Dumplings in Hot Ginger Syrup (Family warmness); and many more. These special menus are served during 9th — 16th February only.
