This month at The Sukosol, our award-winning Cantonese Restaurant is featuring two all-star classic dishes.
For starters we have Monk Jumps over the Wall (Baht 1,425++), a famous dish from Fujian province. It is a thick soup cooked with more than 30 ingredients, including shark's fin, sea cucumber, chicken breast, duck meat, tendons of pork, mushroom, abalone, dive eggs, etc.
For dessert we have Bird’s Nest in Syrup (Baht 565++). This is a true delicacy of Chinese cuisines and a flavour sensation not to be missed!
