Delight in spare rustic dishes that marry the cheese with the freshest fruit and vegetables such as Burrata cheese; broad beans, green peas, artichoke and bacon, Panzanella; burrata cheese, soaked bread, onion, cucumber, tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar, Pizza delle Murge; burrata cheese, roasted tomato, anchovies and basil, Burrata cheese acquerello carnaroli risotto; scallops and mullet bottarga and Burrata macaroon; strawberry and basil tartare, ice cream.
