Chiva-Som is pleased to announce Ms. Sheila McCann as General Manager.
Sheila McCann has ‘walked the talk’ in a spa and wellness career spanning 30+ years coming up through the ranks of the industry. She has managed destination wellness retreats, five star hotel spa brands and day spas in North America, U.K., Europe and Asia Pacific. Most recently Sheila spent 5 years as corporate spa director - brand quality responsible for more than 35 spas around the globe for an Asian luxury hotel group. Sheila is passionate about wellness lifestyles, professional integrity and quality service standards. She holds an MBA in Leisure and Tourism from Oxford Brookes University.
