Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. — Mr. Sawasdi Horrungruang (2nd from left), Chairman of Advisors to the Board of Directors of Hemaraj, Mr. David Nardone (center left), President & CEO of Hemaraj, Ms. Pattama Horrungruang (left) , Senior Vice President of Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. and Dr. Kongkiat Opaswongkarn (center right), Chief Executive Officer of Asia Plus Securities Plc. together with top executives from Hemaraj signed an agreement to appoint Asia Plus as the underwriter of Hemaraj debentures worth a total of Baht 2,500 million. The 10-year Baht Bonds will be offered with an interest rate of 5.50% which are opened for subscription during January 22-25, 2013.
