Throughout this January and February, six restaurants within IMPACT jointly promote special beef lovers menus. The premium marbled Wagyu beef, imported from Australia, was selected to be the main ingredients for 12 dishes in different cooking styles. The Southern-Thai cuisine restaurant, “Manorah” introduces Wagyu beef in Thai Fusion style. Recommended dishes include Wagyu Beef with Roasted Grounded Rice and Thai Spicy Dip; and Thai style Grilled Wagyu Beef Salad Served with Sticky Rice. For the western cooking style, “Bistro de Champagne” and “Terrazza Restaurant and Bar” highlight Grilled Wagyu Ribeye Steak in Red Wine Sauce, and Char-Grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin in Sauvignon Sauce. “Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub” introduces Wagyu Beef Burger. In addition, “Hong Kong Fisherman and Hong Kong Caf?” serve Pan- fried Wagyu Beef Wrapped Green Asparagus and Enoki Mushroom in X.O Sauce, Wok- fried Fillet of Wagyu Beef with Tomato Sweet Sauce, and Noodle Soup with Sliced Aus Wagyu Beef.
