Valentine’s Day at Full Moon
Celebrate the most romantic day of the year with a choice of two unique culinary journeys at Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort & Spa on 14th February 2013.
Experience the magic of Valentine’s Day at Anantara’s signature Italian restaurant, Full Moon. Dine by candlelight on an elevated deck with a view of the resort’s shoreline pool to one side, and the lily pond courtyard garden on the other. Savour a sumptuous five course menu, featuring a thoughtful progression of connoisseur land and sea creations, and concluding with a decadent chocolate trio. Toast this special night with a bottle from the restaurant’s “Wine Promotion of the Month Menu” and listen to a band playing love songs.
The five course menu features:
- Mediterranean inspired chilled tiger king prawns with grilled three peppers and artichokes, olives, semi dried tomato and rocket leaves.
- Pepper seared jumbo US scallop with shredded fennel confit, Avruga caviar and remoulade swirl.
- Grilled premium catch snow fish with edamame, tomato pearls and delicate saffron consomm? and champagne foam.
- Lava stone char grilled grain fed “Kings Canyon” lamb mignon with winter vegetable ragout, roast eggplant fondant-purple basil leaves.
- Chocolate in Variations Hot-Cold-Frozen-Dried
Hot chocolate fondant —Swiss chocolate fudge with heavenly mousse
Decadent white chocolate ice cream- Chocolate soil.
Price: THB 3,500++ per couple, including a long stem rose for the lady.
A romantic Valentine’s Day Dining by Design
Discover the ultimate in private, tailored dining, with Anantara’s bespoke Dining by Design concept. Browse a collection of Italian, BBQ Seafood and Thai fine dining menus, or collaborate with your very own chef to craft the ideal culinary sequence. Choose to dine at a table under a canopy on the beach, or in a Thai sala with comfy triangular cushions in the garden beside the lily pond. Anantara will then transform your desired setting into a romantic wonderland of roses, with an additional long stem red rose to be given to the lady. Please book early to avoid disappointment, since Anantara limits Dining by Design to only six couples per evening.

THB 7,200++ per couple inclusive of a romantic in-room bath ritual after dinner.
