The seminar also witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote the application of science and technology for sustainable development, which does not affect the environment, natural resources or society. The Deutsche Gesellschaft f?r Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is an enterprise owned by the German government with worldwide operations. Utilizing international cooperation it promotes sustainable development and international education work.
