Our spectacular weekly gourmet Seafood Buffet includes enticing appetizers and salads, and a wide selection of crustaceans served in their shells, or cooked in Chef Aur?lien’s signature style.
The array of mouth-watering French and Asian seafood includes dishes prepared to your taste by chefs at live cooking stations. Diners at the contemporary restaurant can tuck into Alaskan king crabs, succulent New Zealand mussels and French Fine de Claire oysters with a range of classic and spicy sauces. There’s also sushi, sashimi, and seafood tempura for lovers of Japanese cuisine to enjoy.
