Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok has announced the appointment of Sanon Wilaiwongs as Executive Assistant Manager.
Born and raised in Thailand, Sanon brings over 30 years of extensive hotel experience to this new posting. He joins Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok through a lateral move from Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, where he held the position of Front Office Manager. Before that, he was Front Office Manager at Lebua, at State Tower in Bangkok.
Before joining Lebua, Sanon had been working in the same capacity at The Regent Hotel Bangkok (now Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok), having spent fifteen years at the same hotel, initially as Front Officer before becoming Front Office Manager. Other positions during Sanon’s career have included Deputy Station Manager at Bangkok Metro Public Co Ltd.
Sanon Wilaiwongs says: “I am delighted to be part of the enthusiastic team opening the new Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok. This is an exciting new property in a superb location, and I am looking forward to extending Centara’s famous Thai hospitality to our guests.” In his new position, Sanon will oversee the hotel operation, reporting directly to Wim N. M. Fagel, General Manager.
