Held on the first day of the first month based on the Chinese calendar, Chinese New Year (also known as Lunar New Year and Spring Festival) is when family and friends get together to celebrate and prey for the coming of another auspicious and fruitful year.
The Sukosol heads into the Year of the Snake with a great selection of set menus, treats, entertainment and festivities! From 5 to 28 February, Bangkok's most beloved Cantonese restaurant, Lin-Fa, will play host to a range of specialty celebrations you won't want to miss!
Family can choose to dine a la carte from our extensive menu or choose one of three set menus, ranging in price from Bht 8,550++ to Bht 9,550++ and 10,550++. Each set menu contains eight dishes and is suitable for groups of up to 10 diners. They contain such delights as Lin-Fa salad, Hokkien-style egg noodles, braised shark’s fin soup, steamed sand goby, good luck raw fish, roasted Peking duck and Chinese date pancake.
Besides guests receiving a tangerine orange and a beautiful framed family photograph as a keepsake, 100 "aung pao" lucky draw prizes will be up for grabs, including everything from free dinners to gift sets, cocktails and chocolates!
On February 10 there will be a spectacular dragon dance show at 13:00 in the Garden Pavilion just outside the restaurant.
Open seven day a week, from 11:30—14:30 and 18:00—22:30, Lin-Fa accepts bookings for business and social gathering and can accommodate groups of 10 to 40 people. On weekends the restaurant offers a special Bht 595++ dim sum lunch buffet.
