On the evenings of February 14th, 15th and 16th, Maduzi Hotel Bangkok, the home of Maduzi Restaurant by Yuya, presents a truly memorable culinary experience for Valentine’s Day diners in Bangkok.
The French master chef Yuya Okuda from Japan has designed the gourmet 6-course dinner for a couple to share in the intimate atmosphere at Maduzi, boosting a romance in the reservation-only boutique hotel.
Dinner begins with French Foie Gras and Cacao Tuile with Espresso Sauce and Red Wine Salt as the first hors d’oeuvre, followed by Ros? -colored Duck Breast Confit and Organic Beets and Raspberry Coulis with Herb Salad. The 3rd course features Italian Porcini Mushroom Consomm? Soup infused with Black Truffle served with Deep-fried Pike Conger on Skewer from Awaji Island, Japan. The seafood main is Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop served with Trio of Organic Vegetables Pur?e and Chips, and the grand main is Combination of Roasted New Zealand Lamb and Sea Clam with slow-cooked Fennel and Shallot. The romantic dinner ends with a sweet note of Chef’s Chocolate Dessert of the Day and the couple’s choice of coffee or tea.
