Among the special dishes, enjoy hot and cold Chinese hor d'oeuvres including Dim Sum, beloved Shark's Fin Soup, and succulent main dishes such as Fried Snow Fish with Chinese Soya Sauce, Roasted Chinese Duck, Stir-fried Beef Hong Kong Style and E-fu Noodles with Abalone. Also, have a bite or two from our spectacular live cooking station serving Peking Duck and Roasted Crispy Chinese Pork Belly with Hoisin Sauce.
