Diners will start off with Atlantic salmon tartar, garden lettuce salad and melba toast; and follow that up with artichoke cream coup.
For mains, they will enjoy either Australian beef tenderloin topped with black olive crust and served with port wine sauce or baked snow fish fillet with tomato risotto and pink capsicum wine sauce.
Dessert will be home-made panna cotta with mixed berry sauce. And there will be tea or coffee and pralines to end.
