Time honoured Chinese dishes that highlight the dishes of yesteryear, throughout March, include Braised Fish Maw, Sea Cucumber and dried Scallop Clay Pot, Steamed fresh Abalone with Chinese herbs, “Pee Fong Tung” style Stir fried Cuttle fish and Fried Pork Spare Ribs served on a Hotplate.
