On one night guests dine at Riverside Terrace restaurant, where an extensive buffet unfolds in an exciting choice of world flavours, sensational seafood, live cooking stations and a parade of magnificent desserts, with Thai dancers performing on a flamelit stage against a magical river backdrop. On the other night, guests experience a connoisseur four course menu at Trader Vic's restaurant, either in the Polynesian inspired dining room or outside in the exotic riverside garden. Commence with a Caesar salad prepared tableside, drizzled in lemon garlic dressing spiked with fresh ginger, garlic croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Tantalise the taste buds with a creation of seared sea scallops, tamarind glaze, green mango salad and toasted shallots. The main affair of succulent pan roasted breast of duck is served with squash, eggplant and mushrooms in red curry sauce. Succumb to a sweet finale of coconut mousse in a soup of pineapple, scented with star anise and mint.
