Mr. Adrian Brown, General Manager of Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok recently organized a “French Food & Wine by Chatrium” at the hotel’s poolside where the Executive Chef, Andrew Brown prepared a 5-course French inspired dinner menu paired with a selection of French Grand Cru Classe wines in a buffet setting.
