BALI, Indonesia and MELBOURNE, Australia - The award-winning Conrad Bali resort today unveiled an exclusive range of personalized, stylish and luxurious meeting package options to business tourism planners at AIME 2013, underpinned by its goal to deliver an absolutely authentic Balinese experience to delegates.
The innovative property announced "C Level Meetings", a bespoke and retreat-style series of events and themes for executives utilizing its exclusive private wing that houses the Conrad Suites.
These are fused with activities that include barefoot boardroom dining on the beach, interactive theatre and live art performances, community outreach programs and pioneering incentive excursions such as the Rituals, Rice Fields and Rites of Passage experience that includes a purification ritual at the 10th century Tirtha Empul temple or high tea in a tented camp in the pristine west of the island to create memorable, meaningful and creative business events.
The 353-room luxury beachfront resort is located on the coast of Nusa Dua in Tanjung Benoa and offers 800 square meters of meeting space including a conference centre made up of a 500 square meter ballroom and three adjacent breakout rooms, in addition to three major outdoor venues, three different full service dining facilities, and many other spaces to hold cocktail or signature events.
Bali is certainly a destination on the move with a new international airport opening in June 2013, extensive road infrastructure being finalized and a gigabyte fiber optic network being installed across the island. The lifting of the travel advisory from Australia has further fuelled interest from Bali's number one ranked arrivals source market.
Conrad Bali experienced a 15% rise in business tourism in 2012 and predicts further accelerated growth as a result of its creative, customized offerings to meeting planners and event organizers.
