Study Reveals that Thais Bring their Own Technology to Work to Increase Efficiency Working
Recently. Dr. Chawapol Jariyawiroj, Country Manager Thailand and IndoChina, VMware (center) hosted a press briefing to announce the results of the VMware New Way of Life 2013 study. Commissioned by VMware and Conducted by Acorn Research, the study reveals that the trends of using personal devices and employee mobility in Thailand are growing. In fact, 83% of Thais bring and use their own choice of personal devices and technology to work for reasons including increases job satisfaction, greater productivity and enhanced efficiency.
At the press briefing, VMware also launched its new VMware Horizon Suite - a comprehensive platform for workforce mobility that connects end users to their data, applications and desktops on any device without sacrificing IT security and control.
