Ms. Veera Pardpattanapanich (4th left), Rector of Dusit Thani College and Chef Haruaki Matsuoka (4th right), instructor from Tsuji Culinary Institute recently presented the certificate to the graduates of “Authentic Japanese Cuisine Course” at Dusit Thani College.
The main aim of this course is to share methods of preparing authentic Japanese cuisine, with student will experience both cooking demonstrations and practice of each of the 60 authentic Japanese recipes. All students will have the chance to take a journey into the heart of great Japanese culinary traditions and learn cooking techniques.
