The Thailand Service Center will provide multiple levels of support as part of its value added service to all partners in the refrigeration industry. The education and training center, with its state of art facilities and comprehensive programs, is intended to support the development of Southeast Asia’s refrigeration industry through high quality analysis of refrigeration and compressor systems along with service and repair of semi-hermetic and scroll compressors. The service and training center strategy reinforces Emerson Climate Technologies’ commitment to the Asia market and enables the company to address the growing needs of customers in Southeast Asia.
Ashok Joshi, Emerson Climate Technologies’ Vice President for Asia Distribution Services, hosted the opening ceremony at the company’s Rayong facility with local customers, partners and employees. Mr. Joshi took the opportunity to outline Emerson Climate Technologies’ plans for the Asian market.
“Asia is a very important market for Emerson and we are excited about our long-term growth opportunities here,” he said. “As the Southeast Asia market develops and grows, we see a great opportunity to apply Emerson’s technology and our employee’s talent to serve the unique needs of this growing market. With Thailand’s strategic location in the region the Rayong Service and Training Center is well-positioned to become the Asia Hub for our operations.”
“The new Service Center will enable Emerson Climate Technologies to raise the bar on customer service and care. As part of our Partner+ program, we have identified a number of key issues in the market, such as a lack of trained technicians and limited awareness of trouble-shooting techniques. The establishment of this Service Center will go some way to addressing these points, as well as affirming our commitment to supporting our partners in the region,”added Mr. Joshi.
Emerson Climate Technologies is committed to providing responsive services along with world-leading technology to the HVACR industry. Through establishing this Service Center we are enabling businesses to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs attributed to system downtime.
