Bangkok--11 Mar--GRAND MILLENNIUM SUKHUMVIT
Spanish Chef Joan Tanya Dot will bring one of Spain’s most popular celebrations, “La Noche de Valencia” (or known as Fallas de Valencia) to Tapas Y Vino on Friday, 29 March. Traditionally held in the month of March in Valencia, the extravagant festival features a parade of enormous models made out of papier mache, wood and wax and often characterizing Spanish current social and political figures. The models are burnt out at night while firework display is one of the major highlights.
To celebrate this fiesta in Bangkok, Chef Dot will serve up a selection of traditional tapas alongside with sangria and wines. Not to miss is his seafood paella cooked in a “giant” pan!
