Japanese Master Chef Yoji Kitayama is enthused at having procured four kinds of rare premium raw shrimp from Tukji Fish Market in Tokyo, directly from the northern to the southern seas of Japan, shrimp so rare that most people wouldn’t even know where to begin to search for them.
Nonetheless, due to his motto “Freshness In Style”, that is exactly what Chef Yoji has done, with extremely pleasing results.
Renowned HOKKAI SHIMA-EBI (Hokkaido Side Stripe Shrimp), succulent OTAN-EBI (Giant Sweet Shrimp), delightful AKAZA-EBI (Japanese Scampi), and the delightful and much desired KURUMA-EBI (Japanese Tiger Shrimp) will be served to your table throughout the whole month of March in a sumptuous tasting set of only THB 2,500++ per set.
