This time our chefs at InAzia preparing something for the real Crustacean Lover- meaty and tasty Jumbo Tiger Prawns. Try them in mouth-watering dishes such as Tempura fried sushi rolls, wok fried with garlic and black pepper, “Tom Yam” style in spicy and sour soup, deep fried and topped with thick red curry sauce or marinated in yogurt and Indian spices then cooked in the Tandoor oven. These are a real treat!
