This year chefs at The Square have created delectable signature dishes for Easter including Roast Leg of Easter Lamb; Roast Chicken with Clementine, Sage and Onion Stuffing; Ham and Leek Lattice Pie; and sweets and desserts such as Hot Cross Buns, Simnel Cake and Chocolate Easter Bunnies.
