The buffet treats inspired by our Executive Sous Chef Pichet Nooput include signature Easter baked ham, roasted stuffed lamb legs, Easter lamb pies and foie gras, and more in addition to The Square’s guest favourite Alaskan crab legs and cold poached seafood. As well as these tasty springtime delicacies, all guests can enjoy Easter chocolate eggs, Easter bunnies and hot cross buns! There will also be a “Lucky Egg Draw”, and “Easter Egg Hunts” for children who will be given a map before the fun begins, and the all the eggs found will be yours!
