Mr. Patan Somburanasin (left), General Manager and Mr. Tan Jitapuntkul, Deputy General Manager of TICON Logistics Park (TPARK) jointly announced at a recent press conference that 2012 was a record year for TPARK with new warehouse space for lease jumped by 262,735 sqm, a record-high increase in the company’s 7 years of operation. The company has set a target of 60% growth for 2013 or equivalent to a total new leased space of 328,500 sqm. A budget of 5.5 billion baht has also been reserved for aggressive expansion of Logistics Parks focusing on high potential areas such as Prachinburi and Khon Kaen. TPARK also aims to expand its business to ASEAN countries such as Myanmar, Vietnam and Indonesia.
