Authentic Northern Thai Cuisine at Slee Banyan RestaurantFrom 1st April 2013 onwards
Siripanna’s expert chefs present Slee Banyan’s new a la carte menu, showcasing a variety of authentic northern Thai cuisine together with many other mouthwatering Thai and vegetarian dishes. This new menu will be available daily at Slee Banyan Restaurant starting on 1st April 2013.
The recommended northern Thai food that will be available throughout the year includes grilled Chiang Mai sour pork with egg and Thai coriander, fried spicy fish salad with Chiang Mai herbs and roasted rice, deep-fried salty chicken served with ground roasted chili dip, Northern style spicy clear soup with chicken and fresh organic garden herbs, Northern Thai pork belly in traditional yellow curry with pickled garlic, peanut and fresh ginger (Gaeng Hung-Lay Moo), young jackfruit curry with pork, tomato and vegetables, and Chiang Mai Gurmar leaves soup with fresh tomato and dried fish. The menu also includes a variety of Thai dishes such as red curry with barbecued duck, grapes and cherry tomatoes, deep-fried fillet sea bass with three flavors sauce, famous stir-fried rice noodles with prawns and tamarind sauce (Phad Thai Goong) and plenty of healthy vegetarian options including spicy green mango salad, coconut milk soup with vegetables, mushrooms and organic herbs, stir-fried snap peas with tofu and oyster sauce and much more.
