We’ve all eaten a lot of salmon every now and then but Takumi at Swissotel Le Concorde Bangkok has its own unique style of creating salmon dishes with different sauces. Throughout this April, our chef recommends Shake Semire Ikura Oroshi at THB 380 net and Shake Uzusukuri at THB 250 net.
