Dusit Thani Bangkok has revealed a special new menu for their traditional Thai restaurant, Benjarong Royal Thai Cuisine, from 9th -24th May 2013. The delightful fusion menu uses prime cuts of succulent Wagyu beef as the show-stopping ingredient in their authentic Thai cuisine, pairing the imported meat perfectly with tangy taste and sublime spices of Southeast Asian cooking.
Dishes on the fabulous new menu include the spicy Fried Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper; the irresistible Grilled Wagyu Beef with Lemongrass Sauce; the refreshing Wagyu Beef Salad with Mint and Thai herbs; classical Fried Wagyu Beef in Oyster Sauce; and Fried Wagyu Beef with Young Peppercorn, Yellow Chilli Paste and Sweet Basil Leaf.
